Default Clc Filter Design(urgent)

Can anyone please explain about CLC filter design
plz provide necessary links or pdfs for all filter design.
Can we calulate the cut off frequency if the inductor and resistor values are known....

I had seen this post before itself. But how can we calculate the cut off frequency??? Is there any particular formula for that?
And How can we calculate if the both the capacitors in the pi network are of different value???

Think of the pi as two LC filters back to back using L/2
