You need to go to BestBuy or Walmart and buy a travel transformer (check that the wattage or volt-amp rating will be bigger than the wattage of your appliance). It is not something you make, it is just a simple transformer that is immediately available. If you need something for high power like a clothes dryer or heater, you will likely need an electrician.

Not sure what your options are to purchase in Pakistan?
But depending on what the application is, you may need to re-reference one side of the secondary to earth ground?
I assume the normal mains supply is 240v with one side grounded as neutral?

Understandable, considering the number of people that don't tell what country they are in. You get in the habit of not looking for the location because it usually isn't stated.

Either of the 110v secondary leads can be taken to the supply Earth ground if this is required for the application, it should be done right at the output terminal and the neutral should continue from there separately.
