Default MOd 32 synchronous counter

i need to ask a question what does a MOd 32 synchronous counter require i know it needs 5 flip flops can anyone help me

Nope. It will work regardless of your cognizance.

When dealing with synchronous counters, remember that your clock pulse must be applied to all of the FFs.

Check out the datasheets for existing 4-bit syncronous counters. They often have functional schematics. You should be able to work out a one stage extension. That is assuming that your design skills are superior to your sloppy written communications. I find they most often go hand in hand.
