Android minimal system cost!

What would the following costs:

32MB RAM
32MN Flash Memory
200MHz Online Processor

And whihc onLine Processor can be used for this?

I don't have an answer, I'm an Android newb myself. I just want to make a couple comments. 32MN of Flash should be 32MB of Flash. And what exactly is an "online" processor?
