Any D flip-flop or prescaler (divided by 4) IC with Fmax at least 110 MHz ?

Guys I need a D flip flop or any kind of prescaler (divided by 4)which has maximum clock frequency at least 110 MHz.

If you know, please let me know the IC number ASAP. The particular IC should be available in the market.

And any Crystal oscillator which has 100 kHz oscillation frequency too.
