I maked a dimmer circuit but help

I maked a dimmer circuit for light over 4000w.

but I can't sure, it will work.

and want use 10kΩ slide potentiometer but almost dimmer circuit be use over 250kΩ.

let me know, it will work or not and how can use 10k potentiometer... plz~

by the way... do I use that diode(for anti-hystersis) right?

For 4000 watts (4 KiloWatts) i'd BUY a dimmer from a electrical supplies vendor.

Your home insurance goes out the window the moment you plug in a homemade device, and if someone dies by using your homemade circuit, you will be in BIG trouble.
