Default wah wah with buffer

so i built this wah wah circuit for my guitar. it works and sounds great. when i added on the buffer circuit(in red on the schem.) it cuts the volume and tone quite a bit. much more than i would like. im trying to use the buffer so the distortion pedal doesnt load it down. any suggestions on modding the buffer so i can get the same quality i get when i bypass the buffer? thank you

Are you using the given FET (2N5457) for the buffer?
I would not expect the buffer to have much influence.

You don't have to know everything, if you know where to find it.
When you do ask questions, you may look stupid.
When you do NOT ask questions, you will STAY stupid.

It would be nice to have the Timezone ( GMT +/- x ) in the location field in the profile.
