Well, you need to start by defining what your output requirements are in terms of current or Volt-Amperes, if AC, what frequency and voltage specified in RMS, if DC what voltage and ripple current, and for what duration do you need this inverter to operate, and what kind of efficiency do you expect?
That will help to define what you need for input power, which will then narrow down the requirement for your inverter driver MOSFETs. But without any parameters at all, it's pretty tough to even start making guesses.
