hi,

i opened an old cd-rom and got three hall effect sensors.these are having 4 terminals.i tried finding the datasheet but i could'nt.so anyone please post the datasheet or tell me the circuit connections of the sensor?

Is there a part number marked on the device? If you can porvide a part number then we may be able to locate a datasheet.

Try tracing out the circuit board that you removed them from.

One lead is going to go to ground, and one to +V. A third lead will be the output signal. Hard to say what the 4th lead will be; it may be that ground or +V is on two of the leads.
