Favorite IDEs for ARM processors?

I will be programming an ARM LPC2368. Preferably, I would love to use MPLAB again, but I don't think MPLAB supports ARM processors.

I have seen the Eclipse IDE (called ARM Workbench) which doesn't sound too bad. However, I am open to other answers if someone would strongly recommend a particular IDE.
