content addressable memory project help

i am doing precomputational based content addressable memory design.i have simulated and verified all circuits which is used internally.now i wnt to make architecture.i am usuing transistor level design.using tanner 180nm librarry..in that they give likeaddress decoder ,memory,encoder,wordmatch circuit..etc..i dont know how to make this architecture with internal ckts

help me..
