Default Triangular Wave Generator

I have to simulate and experiment in lab with a Triangular Wave Generator. I'm not sure what my resistor and capacitor values should be and I need to analyze the circuit with calculations/derivations.

How do I analyze the circuit and what values should I make my resistors and capacitors? The Op-amps I will be using are LM741.

Here is a picture of the circuit.
