I have a project that control the electronic appliances by speech recognition through parallel port. I'm using Windows 7 as OS for my laptop. The driver shows in Device Manager is "USB Printing Support".
Now I have a problem which is the interface between USB to parallel port converter and laptop. When I plug in the converter, I check the voltage of each pins, Pin1-13 show 4.7V while Pin14-25 show 0V. How can I control the output? I used VB code to send output but it doesn't work. Anyone can advise me? |
