Default 3 state brightness control .... Needed
need a circuit ... Touch sensor light control of 3 state brightness ..
any idea ..

but the IC cant find at store .. any equivalent or more common used IC .

Here is another chip that will do touch brightness and on-off control:
LS7232ND
