Logic Design - Difference between 3-bit minority and majority logic circuit

Hi.. Could anyone help me understand what's the difference between a 3-bit minority and a 3-bit majority logic circuit..

Say for example for the expression: P.Q + P.R
How can I draw the logic diagram using nand gates (The circuit should be a 3-bit minority logic circuit)?
