Do These Look Like 5% Resistors To You

I'm at the conclusion that these little green guys have to be 5% resistors, but I have yet to see any 5%'ers printed this way with an extra band. ive seen inductors that look closer to these than what they actually could be. unfortunately i can't remove it from the circuit and don't have a schematic so its by eye only and im still learning what is what and learning the strange ways of differing shades of bands and coats and such. is this just a 5% resistor with an extra band that i shouldn't worry about or is it something else??? heres a couple photos of them, there are two on the circuit(the little green guys). thanks again folks:)

Measuring resistor in-circuit may give "false" readings. This because other components may be connected in parallel with the resistor. Just a hint ;)

The blue body with two brown bands(one band is spaced further apart is is wider than the others) is a 1% resistor it's value is 1000Ω 1%.
It is read brn(1)blk(0)blk(0)brn(1) and the tolerance band is brown for 1%. The green on I'm not sure what it is, but the others are 5% resistors

I was wonder if the green bodied device might actually be an inductor. I have noticed a tendency by inductor manufacturers to use a green enamel base coating to set their inductors apart from the resistor that are in similar packages. I can't help but notice that the green bodied component has a distinctly different silkscreen outline on the board which may further point to it not being a resistor.

Just guessing mind you.

I'd second that inductor notion.

They seem to have a black last band, which is never seen in resistors. They are also a fatter body which could indicate some volume of wire over the ceramic former and under the epoxy coat.

My guess;
brown green black gold black = 15 uH 5% tol
red black black gold black = 20 uH 5% tol

Both will measure close to a short circuit (if they are 15 and 20uH inductors).
