Free pdf "printer driver"

Can anybody recommend a free pdf creator or "printer driver" I will use it to "print out" my documents as pdf files

Open Office can create PDF files.

Thank you Blueroomelectronics. But I need the same functions as in Adobe acrobat pro. This version has a "printer driver" that you can use as a general printer to print out pdf files from any software.

Thank you AlexR It was just what i wanted. Kudos But everybody is free to suggest their favorite free tool for this type of work.

I normally use PDF995 to print my PDF files, but unfortunately it has unwanted features like sponsor windows. I guess PDF Creator is better.

Try PDF Redirect V2 - installs like a printer and you can print to a pdf from any application.... http://www.exp-systems.com/ they have a freeware version that works just fine and you can even merge multiple printouts and pdf's together.... No popups or watermarks like Cute PDF, PDF995 and others.....

For free "PDF Printer", there are many choices:
1. PDF Creator http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
2. Primo PDF http://www.primopdf.com/
3. Cute PDF http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
4. Bullzip PDF Printer www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php
There are many others. Those were just a few. Personally, I use Bullzip. No specific reason. Just chose it and like it.

I like the pdfcreator. It just do the job. But I have to admit I have not tested any else

I use primo, its pretty idiot proof.

"Primo" has done a perfect job for me............
