Default ISO: ttl chip that can have a 50/50 duty cycle pulse up to 5 mhz

Hi ,

I am looking foir a faster replacement for my oscillator chip ( cd4047 ) , I wanna to to up to 2 mhz but this thing is just crappy @ those speeds .

So basicly I need a easy and cheap ttl chip , 14 pins , that can do perfect 50/50 all the time .

pretty ez

I just need a chip # .

Are you trying to make an HHO generator? I wouldn't waste my time, it's a scam.

May I ask what it will be used for?

Sometimes you can find fast HCT versions of old CMOS I/Cs but the old CMOS CD4047 isn't one of them and peaks out at 100kHz.

Why not just get a 5 (or 50 MHz) TTL oscillator?

National's LMC555 is good to 3MHz if you're looking for a chip to experiment with:
