I am working on MPPT for boost coverter, I need to measure and get the value of current to microcontroller, so how can I do that?

Current measurement can be done by adding a low value of resistance in the loop containing the current you are trying to measure. Measure the voltage drop across the resistance with the microcontroller ADC.

Since the resistance added to the loop for this purpose is typically pretty small, some amplifcation of the signal may be needed to get an accurate reading with the microcontroller.
