how to connect 40193 ic to 7-segment??
what latch/driver/decoder ic that suitable??
can someone give me circuit and list of all components to do that??

Get the data sheet for a CD4511.

The 193 is a binary counter, though - use a 192 instead. 7 segment drivers use a BCD input.

Do i need any resistor to connect between the cd4511 with the 7-segment??

How about the 7-segment?which type must i use?common cathode or common anode?any model of 7-segment will be fine??

Actually before the ic 40193 there is a ic 4093 in the circuit..so,if i change the ic 40193 to 40192, how about the 4093 ic? is the 4093 ic must change too??

The 4511 is active high, so use common cathode 7 segment display. You will need a current limiting resistor for each drive line. Your choice of display - size, color, etc.

The 4093 is a quad 2 input NAND - why would you need to change it?
