Default matlab simulation circuits on wind energy

Circuits don't care where the energy was generated. You'll need to be more specific about what you're looking for. Rectification? Three-phase? Grid tie-in? Inverters?

Get the Matlab sim power systems toolbox. It provides all kinds of tools, but it is damned expensive. You need Matlab and simulink plus sim-scape and the sim power systems box. Probably will cost 9000 dollars when you add it all up.
