First Order Differential Equation

Hi guys.

I have been given the attached question, and have worked through it the best I can. I have an answer, but one that is only valid for certain conditions. I've written it out nicely in Word, would you kind sirs give it a onceover and look for any glaring errors? Cheers.

its correct!

what could do is take out 1/4 on bottom so

therefore it would be y=sqrt[4/(9+8*sqrt(t^2+1))]

y=2*sqrt[1/(9+8*sqrt(t^2+1))]
