can anyone tell me a company name where i will get a battery charge regulator (o/p=10.5 volts) with MPPT facility in it ...and it has to be used in the power sysytem of a nanosatellite..
Is this nanosatellite actually going into orbit? If so, you will need hardware that is certified for operating in space - unless the device will be in an environmentally controlled chamber.
If you have access to environmental chambers, you could start off with military specification hardware, and qualify them by subjecting them to heating/cooling cycles similar to what they will experience in space for several months. Those that survive will have a good chance.
You won't be able to use commercial off-the-shelf solutions. They wouldn't survive.
If your design works under liquid nitrogen its a safe bet it can handle space,
but keep in mind that you might need some rather expensive insulation to keep the battery warm enough through 12 hours of darkness.
One option might be to keep all of the electronics warm.
