Looking for manufacturer of high power amplifier(>300W)

Hi,

We are looking for a manufacturer who can design high power amplifier that can provide >300W power, our requirements :

• High output power : >300W, 500W is better
• Freq. range : 10~100MHz
• Input/output impedance : 50 Ohm
• dimension(including heat sink,fan) is not concerned

we are not familiar in this field and have no idea about who can provide this design to us, could someone give us some advise ? Thanks.

That is quite a wide bandwidth for such a power level. You do realize that many RF amplifiers operate class C with tuned stages. Having a matching network that will keep the SWR in check over that range is going to be an inordinate challenge.

What are you up to anyway? Gonna jam some pirate radio stations for some government? I should think you'd want 50-100 kWatts; why settle for half measures.

We used Amplifier Research products in the UCLA plasma lab. And Bertus is right...they will not be cheap by ANY manufacturer!

Thanks for your reply, but what I need is a power amplifier "module" instead of an "equipment", here is a possible candidate that we may consider to contact with :

However, we are located in Taiwan and this company is just too far for us to work with, we would rather to work with US companies. Does anyone have suggestion for us ?
