I am currently trying to simulate an oscillation and switching circuit using PSPICE. The device operates using a MAX9031 Comparator in a feedback loop with an LC Tank. Unfortunately, there is no PSPICE model available for that part. However, I have found a bunch of similar models on MAXIM's website, the models as posted below:

My problem is that despite having the datasheets for all of these parts, I don't quite know which is the best one to use for my intended purpose. I've been told that parameters like switching time and output type (e.g. open collector, sink/source, etc.) are important but I haven't been able to find that information in the datasheets. Does anybody know which of the above parts is the most similar to a MAX 9031 Comparator, or how to find that information? I apologize if this request is a little vague.
