...current = phase current?
Just clamp on any phase, this IS the actual current.
Are you getting confused with root 3 for star 1ph phase...
Do you want to use it or make your own?
The manual pretty much covers using it?
No I'm not using each contactor. I've paralleled from the terminal block to the contactor, removing L2 and T2.
...any way I can use the Buck convertor below. it's rated at 55V and 60V max. Would a large diode or 3 drop the 54.6V down to a safer level ?...
...contactor, have you paralleled up the input terminals and used each of the 3ph contacts to switch each element on independent contacts?
This won't be possible as it was already taken down and I didn't see where it was hooked into.

My spi clock is at 750KHz, the chip should work at 20MHz max,...

I think this will lead me away from that chip, the max oscillator frequency is 100khz, which is a bit too close to my RFID...
To get an idea of the wattage it may help to know the original fuse rating on 3 ph.
Are you referring to the fused disconnect switch in the schematic? If this was in a normal industrial shop I think that's what the schematic is...
See post #5.
What is the existing fuse value?
...you wired across N and L1 in N.A. then they won't get that hot.
OP: What is the value of the fuses?
