Help me in the mechanics problem

hello
what is the height x of the step so that the force F will roll the cylinder over the step at the same time there is impending slippage at point A??
for reqd data refer figure

a slight modification to the question yields another question where x is given and we have to find F??

someone please help me solve this...its been bothering me for pretty long now
