There's a small MCU, "CMS16P53", which I would like to read it's OTP ROM.

I read the data sheet but couldn't find any clue of how to do that.

Click here to read the data sheet (http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:VDRoA2pn1mUJ:www.mcu.com.cn/admin/download/200831914164131428.pdf+CMS16P53+PDF&hl=iw&gl=il&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESg2ZRU44xiilu2KpTiFPuYg3YL6BTfYsAe6gZrM aZCzY7CsH7eqYL3xjY2oGAPbw9Ybt3ieD0HNaGXKp4LSRU0pyI T0yHvkLS_58YMNnXT1ahnX82vVJimfWoiuV-cV48fFqYqQ&sig=AHIEtbQ3oijhukb9v3q4uYP9Kq5By9tMQg) (hosted on google's cache since the original is not available)

Thank you :)

I would imagine that if it isn't code protected, then the software and hardware usually used to program it would be able to read it.
Chips in commercial products are often code protected which means they can't be read by any normal method.
