Hey,

I'm looking to import some components to the PSpice version 9.1 library. I'm slightly familiar with this software and I'm looking to running a simulation of my project, anyone know where I can find component libraries of the following components:

LM2724AM - MOSFET driver

MCP1630 - PWM controller

IFXH110N10P - N-ch MOSFET

by the way, also wanted to confirm if the IFXH110N10P is a logic-level MOSFET ?

I also have another software LTSpice...which I'm not at all familiar with...which do you think is better to use?
