I have a friend looking for picture framing lights (bright LED's are ideal) that operate by battery AND can all be turned on/off at the same time (like a set of 4). I'm thinking this would be easiest by remote.

Is it possible to build something like that? Would anyone be able to take that on as a project? What would you charge?
