anyone know of a good bolt on heat sink for a tda 8945 audio amp chip?

Preferably something made of copper that's rather large with fins. A fan may make a nice touch if you're in a hot climate.
I've used inexpensive copper Pentium heatsinks for several projects. It all depends upon how much power you need to dissipate.
