Amplifier:What is Bias Current Factor?

Hello, i m a student. i m trying to design a amplifier in voltage divider biasing configuration.
So, please help me to figure out how to adjust the value of voltage divider Resistance.And what is Bias Current factor?

Towards the bottom of this section of the AAC ebook it talks about using a voltage divider to bias an amplifier.

Adjusting the input impedance is done by adjusting the biasing resistors' parallel resistance while maintaining their ratio.
