dtl or rtl logic circuits....

i would be plzd if sm1 can help me out...
i am tryin to get d circuit diagrams for all d logic gates using dtl or rtl techncs. basically d problm statemnt in my project is dat i hav to use d logic gates but not d actual ic's....so i thot it may be done by using resistors,transistors,diodes etc. bt iam stuck....am not abl 2 figure out d circuit diagrams.....
plz if any1 has any ideas...help me...

i've googled for hours bt am confused as to which circuit to be used, i mean a number of circuits are present.......dtl type or rtl type...and so i dont hav particular circuit diagrams...

Is it possible your assignment is simply to implement the gate functions by means of discrete components? In that case, why not use TTL?
